Lemniscate Holdings Private Limited(earlier - Lemniscate Properties Private Limited) was founded in 2017, as a property development company to undertake commercial, retail and residential projects and leasing of properties. We have so far completed construction of residential apartments of 20,000 sq. ft. and the entire development is owned and leased by LHPL. Few more properties, commercial and residential development of about 30,000 Sq. Ft., are under construction. LHPL is planning two new developments on Santhome High Road and in discussion with reputed Architects. All properties developed by LHPL would be owned by the company.
Lemniscate Infinity Property Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a company involved in joint venture based development of properties. A residential project has been signed at Anna Nagar, Chennai and construction is in progress now.
Chaitanya Gourmet Pvt. Ltd.(CGPL) has been acquired by this group from 01-Apr-2021, which owns famous chain of high end restaurants with the brand name, ‘The Cascade’. There are 5 outlets and 3 Kitchens at Chennai and 4 Franchisee units outside Chennai(2 in Coimbatore, one in Salem and one in Hyderabad). ‘The Cascade – Grab & Go’ for Pan-Asian cucines, ‘The Mystiq Foods’ for North Indian cucine and ‘Red-e Dropzone’ for Chinese cucine.
CGPL has acquired Tryst Café, Tryst Gourmet & GO BRGR brands, which have carved a niche in Café, Bakery, Gourmet & Smart food at Chennai. Outlets are in Neelankarai-ECR and Express Avenue, Chennai. Deal with promoters has been finalized for opening Tryst Café and Tryst Gourmet outlets at RMZ Paramount, Porur, Chennai.
Our companies, Deltoid Trading Pvt Ltd (“Deltoid”) and Borromean Trading Private Limited, operating since 2017 in the supermarket retail business, as Franchisee of 5 ‘Nilgiri’s’ outlets in Chennai.
In addition, we have established our own brand of Retail Supermarkets in the name of ‘Fresh Supermarket’ under Selburose Trading Pvt. Ltd.. There are about 8 such stores in Chennai, managed by Franchisees/ Operators appointed by us.
Lemfab Fashions Pvt. Ltd. is a company of the group, engaged as Franchisee of renowned fashion brand ‘Fabindia’. Their first store has been functioning at Taramani Link Road, Velachery, Chennai.
We have successfully finalized an acquisition of a metal forging company at Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, at an approximate investment of Rs.35 Crores. This company is running successfully and supplies high precision auto components to automobile majors like Cummins, Sundaram Fasteners, Ashok Leyland and others.
